I had an unusual experience with Matrix 7! I have to tell you it was so unreal! Matrix 7 is very odd, for me it was the strangest and most intense attunement experience I have had.

The funny thing is that in the beginning nothing happened. Well, that’s not true entirely. It seemed that the Matrix 7 attunement had me swaying a bit, like when using Matrix Energetics, but that was it.

Of my God! It hit me a few minutes later. And wow, wow, wow! I have never known anything like it before. Like after reiki session, I didn’t feel relaxed. A wave happiness did not hit me. I didn’t feel like laughing, or sadness. I did not feel wonderful, nor ill, nor enlightened. There was no bright flashes, visions, or warm tingling feelings either.

When it finally came on it felt as if there was a tug of war going on inside of me. The fight was between my logical mind and TRUE SELF, or pure awareness. Then again, my TRUE SELF was not fighting at all. To be more accurate: my TRUE SELF was simply becoming more apparent to my logical mind, and the logical mind began to panic!

Before I knew it, there I was in the garden doing chores, running about, pulling out weeds. Was I confused? Yes! This was my logical minds attempt to maintain control. It was trying to maintain control over me by making me do down to earth practical things all over the house. It was hilarious, I was busy, and my wife loved it!

Thank God, the logical mind lost this battle quickly. It lost as my TRUE SELF effortlessly became more and more apparent to it. A perfect peace came over me. TRUE SELF won by silencing my mind.

Half an hour later I found myself sitting in the garden as a complete inner peace came over me, and my mind was silent. It was awesome! Write out a schedule for your workout week. Vary your workouts so you don’t wear your body out. Vary how hard the exercise program is to get the most out of your body. When you stress your body too much, it will fight back and keep you from exercising as much as you should. For anybody who wants to burn the fat they need to eat right consistently and exercise regularly. Getting fit and trim is a war not a bunch of little battles. Don’t try to get the results overnight. If your schedule is already full of commitments find a way to exercise a couple of times a day. Exercise after every meal if you want. However you have to fit it into your day, just do it. Don’t forget to warm up and cool down for each workout, drink lots of water. Make sure to stretch your muscles before and after. Eat a small, well-balance snack an hour or two before you hit the gym. When you find yourself committed to a fitness regimen, the results will come if you stick with it.
