If you’re thinking about using lotions, drugs or any other product to get rid of acne, I’m extremely relieved that you’ve found my blog because not only will my story shock you, it’ll almost certainly save your health, your money as well as a lot of time and heart ache.
I will tell you exactly why over a 4 month period I tried but was forced to give up with Roaccutane, Oxycerin and a range of other cleansing bars and products… and how I finally managed to get rid of my acne completely with a unique product called Acne Free In 3 Days.
My name is Jenna Lovett and like so many teenagers and young adults, I spent months desperately trying to get rid of my acne.
I never used to have issue with my skin at all. However, in January 2008, after having perfect skin for so many years I began life at a new college. Even though this was fantastic and I was having a great time, the problem was my whole lifestyle was altered. My diet changed, I was sleeping less and because of the work load it actually became quite stressful.
The Inevitable Started To Happen.
My skin slowly started to worsen and probably due to lack of exercise and the poor quality of the food I was eating, within 8 weeks I was covered in zits and things didn’t get any better from there.
After a few months the work eased off slightly and I actually did have the chance to start swimming and made a big effort to get myself healthy again – which I hoped would improve my skin. However, after hoping for the best for a number of weeks, it became obvious that it wasn’t going to work.
And that was the point when I realized I had to do something about it.
I Tried Oxycerin & Failed.
At the time, Oxycerin was the ‘in thing’ to do and after speaking to three of my friends who had had moderate success with it, I decided to give it a go.
At first it worked out reasonably well and my skin did start to improve slightly – and although that wasn’t exactly something to get too excited about, at least it was a start. And any ‘start’ was good!
However, after a few weeks, things began to go downhill. One of the major issues was that I was spending so much money on the product. $129.99 for a small bottle was far more than I could afford and it seemed like I was going back to the drug store every two minutes to purchase more bottles. I found that I needed much more than the recommended dosage for it to have any real effect.
I was working my way through hundreds of dollars which was becoming a problem, especially as a student.
Eventually I had to stop.
Then I Tried Acneticin Pills But Was Forced To Give Them Up.
After only 14 days using these pills I began to feel unhealthy and ill. I don’t know why but even with no medical expertise at all, I recognized that my digestive system was running into problems. I was also getting terrible migraines.
The most worrying thing of all was that I got a warning from my doctor and after deciding that the pain and suffering I was experiencing wasn’t worth it compared to the benefit the product was having on my skin, I threw the pills in the bin the very next day.
I then tried a range of scrubs and lotions such as the Asso Gold Cleansing Bar. However, after going through one of the bars within 12 days (it cost $124!) I soon realized that if I was actually going to get rid of my acne for good, this just wasn’t going to work., unless I wanted to go broke of course!
Eventually, I found something that worked.
Having spent so much time, money and energy desperately trying to succeed with products, lotions and pills that ultimately had very little effect on my skin was a big regret. However, the next thing I tried was called Acne Free In 3 Days.
I had never heard of it before and because of my recent experiences, I was initially a little dubious. But after reading some extremely complimentary reviews and learning that the cost was minimal compared to everything else I tried, I decided to give it a shot.
What seemed to be so different with this program was that a major consideration was health although more importantly (obviously!) I discovered an almost unbelievable trick to remove acne permanently using an entirely natural method.
Here’s why I recommend it.
The reason why I recommend Acne Free In 3 Days is because I followed their plan for a matter of days and the results were almost unbelievable.
Although it did take me a few days longer to clear my acne that it says on the website, I did manage to clear most of it up in 6 days, which I’m sure you’ll agree is pretty astonishing. I’m almost at the stage of being able to look at myself in the mirror again!
In my opinion, this is way more superior and far more effective than any of the other products I tried. Obviously everyone is different but it has worked extremely well for me. The genial part is you simply eat normal food that you can buy from your local store. They tell you what to eat. You eat it – and your acne disappears. What could be simpler? You don’t even have to order special pills or drugs from a website or anything like that.
Anyway, I hope you’ve found this information useful whatever your situation because if I had known about Acne Free in 3 Days a few months back, I would have lost my zits long ago without wasting my time and money with all these other things. I wish you every success!

Meditate To Relax And Sleep Well: Essential Well Being Advice

Meditation is a proven technique to encourage and promote relaxation. The more relaxed you are as you prepare for bedtime the better your chances of falling into a deep, restful sleep cycle.
It is vital that you learn to put your stress, tensions, and worries to the side before you fall asleep. Meditation can help you attain this relaxed state and focus on peace and harmony.
There are many different types of meditations available for you to use, each with many adaptations and versions. To get you started, here is a technique that is easy to do and very effective at promoting relaxation:
Find a focus point for your meditation. This might be a candle, a mantra, a stone, or something as simple as the sound of your own breathing. A mantra is a phrase, usually a Hindu phrase, which you repeat over and over in your mind to establish harmony and to focus on your meditation. No matter what you are using for your focus point the goal is to continuously and firmly bring your mind back to what you are focusing on. All other thoughts and distractions that drift through your mind must be pushed out. If you are beginning to include meditation in your bedtime routine you must remember that this type of meditation requires a great deal of discipline. Your mind will easily be distracted and you will lose focus. As you continue to practice your meditation each night you will find that the process becomes easier and easier. You may find that meditating 10 to 15 minutes before bed will help to fall asleep naturally.
Here is another simple technique for meditation:
• Find a quiet room.
• Sit in a comfortable position on the floor (use a cushion if necessary).
• Sit with your hands resting lightly in your lap.
• Close your eyes and relax.
• Take deep breaths in and out through your nose.
• Try to focus on your breathing. Count each breath as you exhale. Count to ten. Repeat several times until relaxation sets in.
• Clear your mind of everything and think only of counting each breath as you exhale.
• Acknowledge any other thoughts that enter your mind, and then gently let them go and concentrate once again on your breathing.
At the end of the meditation gently stretch and become aware of your body before standing up.
Another form of meditation is guided imagery. Guided imagery is a mix of relaxation, meditation, and hypnosis. Using this method you will follow a guided meditation to visualize a state of relaxation.
It is best practiced in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed. You will need a tape or CD player. The lighting in the room should be dim and soft. Generally the visualization will start with some simple relaxation exercises that include deep breathing. When your body and mind are relaxed your imagination will come into play. Some common imagery include being in the mountains, walking along a beach, or walking through the forest. The guided imagery uses your imagination to induce peacefulness and relaxation. You will be guided through the meditation from start to finish, at which time you should feel calm and serene.
There are many imagery tapes on the market for you to choose from.
The above techniques for meditation will help your mind and body to relax. Your goal is to be as rested as possible as you prepare to sleep. There are many other methods of meditation available. You may have to research and experiment and find what works best for you.
These techniques are also great if you are having to cope with stress in your life such as preparing to act as MC at a friend’s wedding reception. The thought of speaking in public makes most people anxious.

Fire is the greatest source of energy and the most used element in this world. With fire we can make a lot of things like light, energy, heat, food and combustion. Thus fire became an everyday use at home specially when cooking and putting light during the night. This element both has its advantage and disadvantages and is both very useful and harmful in nature.
During a chemical reaction a fire creates light that becomes so attractive in our eyes even from a great distance. Like moths we drew close to the light out of curiosity. Curiosity kills a cat as they say, which is true in many ways like we go to places or do things out of curiosity just to try how they taste and feel without even thinking the dangers and harmful effects of it.
Most kids under the age of five are curious about fire. Often what begins as a natural exploration however can lead to tragedy.
Fire is fast. In less then 30 seconds a small flame can get completely out of control and turn into a major fire. Unfortunately most kids don’t think about what could happen. I remember myself playing a magnifying lens and a box of matches when suddenly the box burst into flames and caught my hands on fire fortunately I just got minor burns, blisters and worst bruised ass because my grandma slapped my butt endlessly for using his Folding Reading Glasses as an experiment.
Sometimes kids would play with fire intentionally. This group of children are often classified as ”Pyromaniacs”, children like these has an impulse to deliberately start fires to relieve tension and typically includes gratification or relief afterward.
For safety and precaution you should keep away objects that drives them to do such things such as matches, lighters and High Power Reading Glasses with thick lenses as they may mistakenly use it as another Magnifying Glasses experiment.

Numerous successful people today have discovered a strategy from the medical community called conversational hypnosis. While traditionally used in a clinical setting with patients to help them sort out problems, this tactic is often used by sales executives, parents and singles to get what they want out of life – whatever that may be.
Some Background About Conversational Hypnosis
In a clinical setting, conversational techniques are used to get the patient thinking and talking about their situation in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. By starting casual interaction with the patient, the therapist can start to build rapport and trust. By encouraging active engagement in the conversation, the therapist will often guide the patient to make their own conclusions that will result in healing or discovering a solution to the problem in question.
You see, when a person comes up with their own resolutions through their own thought process, their decision is more powerful since it is their own. The therapist didn’t just listen to the problem and tell them what to do. Instead, the patient was skillfully guide to the answer and believed it was their own idea and became committed to the solution. Don’t fail to realize how powerful this can be.
How To Use Conversational Hypnosis To Your Advantage
How successful would you be if you had the skills to talk to someone and make them believe the point you were making – without them realizing you had a point?
For example, if you are a salesperson you may have used this technique with some success. You get your lead talking and you try to lead them to the conclusion that they need to have whatever it is you’re selling. If you think back on successful sales pitches, you may see that some clients just seemed to sell themselves. Whether you knew it or not, you may have used some of these conversational tactics. What if you knew all the tactics and could make this happen with ease?
Others have successfully used these strategies with getting dates. Don’t you think it would be better to build a relationship with someone who realized on his or her own that you were the greatest catch to be found rather than you telling them it was so? When a person decides something for themselves it has more meaning than if someone else tells them an opinion. By the skill of conversational hypnosis, you can persuade someone to make the conclusion you want them to and they’ll believe it was their idea all the while.
If you think it’s time to stop sitting on the sidelines and start making great things happen for yourself, check out conversational hypnosis training. You can get started right away and learn exactly what you need to do to get what you want out of life.

People who know what is good for them psychologically and physically should try to get as much sleep as possible. It’s important to know your priorities because if you keep on prioritizing your current activities with poor sleeping habits you might end up not capable of working at all. Party animals should keep their partying in check and limit the days when they would be out partying for most of the night.
People who can’t sleep because of sleep disorders should see their doctors as soon as possible to get proper treatment. Some disorders like insomnia may just be a result of stress of emotional disturbances but it can also be deeply rooted as when the person is suffering from a psychological imbalance.

Forming Healthy Habits for a Healthy Life
A habit is an action or series of actions that we perform in a subconscious manner. We don’t have to consciously think about doing these things, they just seem to happen on their own. Habits can be good or bad, depending on how they enhance, or detract, from our quality of life. Have you ever [...]
A habit is an action or series of actions that we perform in a subconscious manner. We don’t have to consciously think about doing these things, they just seem to happen on their own. Habits can be good or bad, depending on how they enhance, or detract, from our quality of life.
Have you ever driven home or to work and then had no recollection of the ride? Or have you taken the wrong exit off a freeway because it’s the one you usually take, when in fact you had intended to keep on to another exit? These are prime examples of how our minds become conditioned to doing things in a certain way, simply because we have done them over and over again in that exact way. This can be a good thing, as it makes much of our daily routine somewhat effortless. Imagine what a typical day would be like if you had to focus on each and everything you had to do throughout it. By the end of the day, you’d be exhausted!
However, negative actions can also become habits, and that makes them extremely difficult to change. Ask anyone who has tried to adopt an exercise program, quit smoking, lose weight, or give up junk food! In fact, it’s SO diffiuclt to change a habit that studies suggest that it takes between 21-30 days to form a new habit. This means you must perform your new actions repeatedly, day after day, for up to 30 days before your subconscious mind will begin to perform those new actions automatically, without concsious thought on your part.
When trying to break a bad habit, it is usually helpful to substitute a good habit. Otherwise you’ll end up feeling restless and gravitate back to the bad habit again to fill the void. For example, when quitting smoking, take up gum chewing. When the urge for a cigarette hits, you have other activities you can use to busy yourself. At first, the new habit may not seem like an adequate substitute (especially if nicotene withdrawal is part of the equation), but with consistent reinforcement, your mind will begin to let go of the old habit of smoking and adopt the newer habits you have substituted.
It is important to have patience with yourself as you work on changing your habits. Remember that they are habits because they are largely subconscious. As you focus your conscious mind repeatedly on your new actions, they will also become subconscious, just like the negative actions did. Don’t beat yourself up if you have “failures” here and there as you work on forming new habits. The most difficult aspect of forming new habits is becoming aware of the automatic actions we take each day, and making a conscious decision to change them.

With many habits, the sooner you start practicing good habits, the better chance you will have that you will continue with them. We all know that good study habits are essential to educational success. Good study habits are an important part of any student’s success. We probably can diminish the academic dishonesty by promoting good study habits with students, and letting the students know that good study habits are very important when it comes to school and, to be honest, the beginning of good study habits should begin at home.
Organization
A good way to encourage organization in your children’s study habits is to introduce them to folders. Once children reach the grades where homework and tests are part of the curriculum, having the work organized in a folder to bring home will prevent them from forgetting to bring it home at all!
Scheduling
Another tactic to teach your children good study habits is to adopt a study schedule. This could either be posted or a spoken agreement between you and the child. In my household, my son understands that homework time comes right after school and all work must be complete before he is able to play outside or play a video game. By settings this sort of schedule while he is in primary school, it will help pave a routine for the future.
Effective study habits are a very import part of the learning process. Good study habits are all about keeping to a daily routine and giving all subjects equal treatment. If your study habits are weak, take a “study skills” course or have someone show you good study habits.

Everyday two million people are online searching for some kind of home business opportunity. There are reasons however why 97% of the business end in failure. It is not because people are not mentally capable of achieving success. Home based business entrepreneur’s ultimate success or failure hinges on all factors that are completely under his or her control. This article will give you some work habits to start implementing in your home business immediately.
One of the main factors that lead to the demise of a home based business is laziness. We are all used to having a boss breathe down our neck giving us deadlines, and/or motivating us to succeed. Because this is an environment we almost all started our work life in we struggle to motivate ourselves. To combat laziness be sure that time management is up there on your priority list as a home business owner. Do this by having every part of your day scheduled until you become used to being a disciplined in your daily actions.
Be sure to set achievable goals for your business. To go along with this make sure you are adjusting your goals when new obstacles come your way and/or you have surpassed the goal you have set. Setting short and long-term goals for yourself and your business can keep your home based business growing at a steady pace and help you accept new challenges.
The common link in almost every successful home based business owner is a burning desire to succeed no matter what the commitment level. This mentality is fueled by thoughts of something that motivates them. For most owners this motivational factor comes from either their family or people who have doubted them. Do not underestimate this type of motivation when times are down.

7 Steps to Healthy Eating Habits

Eating Healthy is one of two of the best things you can do for yourself- the other is exercise. Combine the two and you have a winning equation for a long and happy life! Here are 7 steps to getting yourself in the habit of eating healthy:
Eat 5 – 6 Small Meals a Day rather than 3 large ones
This practice will allow your body to utilize the food you eat more efficiently. More of your food will be used for providing energy, building muscle and maintaining healthy tissue, while less will be stored as fat. If your goal is weight loss, this is a great way to reduce calories without loosing energy or feeling hungry. If you are looking to gain lean muscle mass, eating more frequent meals will allow you to take in an increased number of calories without feeling stuffed. This will also insure that the vital muscle building nutrients will be available when your body needs them. Regardless of your fitness goal, eating 5 – 6 smaller meals a day will get your metabolism firing on all cylinders and give you the energy needed to reach your goals.
Don’t Skip Meals!
Skipping meals often leads to extreme hunger which can lead to “binge” type eating. The body can only process and utilize so much food at a time. It doesn’t matter if you’re only eating one or two meals a day. If you eat too much at any given meal, much of what the body doesn’t use will be stored as fat. Here’s another important reason not to skip meals. Depriving the body of vital nutrients often leaves one feeling tired and unmotivated (a real workout killer.)
Eat REAL Foods (skipped the processed junk)
Our bodies are designed to metabolize food! Unfortunately the food industry has turned our bodies into chemical processing plants. Grocery store shelves are littered with food products containing non-food additives that are used to color, sweeten, stabilize, emulsify, bleach, flavor and preserve the food. The FDA lists approximately 2800 international food additives and about 3,000 chemicals, which are added to our food. Avoid foods that claim to be “enriched.” The only reason processed foods are enriched in the first place is because their process has stripped them of virtually all their vital nutrients. Stick with whole foods including a good variety of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean meats.
Read the Label before you put the food in your mouth
To be sure you’re making good food choices, read food labels. Look at the ingredients, the main ingredients are listed first. If the first few ingredients on the label include processed sugar (i.e. high-fructose corn syrup.) or saturated fat or trans–fatty acids (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oil, vegetable shortening), you may do well to make another food choice.
Take note of serving sizes
It’s easy to go overboard on the serving size, so pay attention- eat consciously. Weighing and measuring food is a good way to assure you are taking in the proper amount of calories and nutrients. This is especially important if you are on a weight loss or a weight gain program.
Eat Slowly and Chew Food Thoroughly
Chewing food thoroughly aids in digestion, thus reducing the time it takes for vital nutrients to become available for use by your body. Eating slowly gives the stomach time it needs to tell the brain it’s full. Taking your time to eat your meal is especially helpful if you are on a reduced calorie diet. It will allow you to eat less, yet still feel satiated.
Keep a Food Journal
Write down everything you eat and drink. Initially include serving sizes along with the number of calories, as well as the amount of macronutrients (fats, proteins and carbohydrates). This will make you conscious of everything you eat while you become educated on the components of a healthy diet. If you are not making satisfactory progress towards your goals, your food journal can provide valuable information needed to make necessary adjustments.

Are you aware that fatty plaque, the cause of heart attacks and heart disease can start building up as early as childhood? That can be a scary thought for any parent who isn’t practicing healthy eating skills with their children right now… Learning how to control weight and manage diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes during childhood can make a big difference in what our cholesterol levels are during adult life.
A healthy lifestyle started in youth consists of a balanced diet and regular exercise. Adults who were taught healthy habits during childhood have an easier time following these healthy habits during adulthood.
Even children should have their weight and HDL and LDL cholesterol levels checked periodically, especially if there is a family history of heart disease. Guidelines for cholesterol levels have been accepted by the American Heart Association for children and teens from age 2 to 19 and are 170 mg/dL or less for HDL and 110 mg/dL or less for LDL cholesterol.
The easist way to instill healthy eating habits in your child is to being a good role model yourself.
Children learn by example and have more respect for the choices and decisions made by their parents than anyone else. If you lead by example, they will follow.
A regular exercise program should also be encouraged. Get them involved in after school sports. Not only is it good for their physical health, but their mental health as well! Truly, the good healthy habits fostered by encouraging physical activity can last them all their lives.
